I would describe my leadership style as hands in, meaning I stay actively involved in supporting and guiding my team while respecting and preserving their autonomy.
I believe the best learning happens through experience, so I focus on creating stretch opportunities that challenge and empower each individual. To me, leadership is a service. My role is to help unlock the potential in every team member.
I approach management much like I approach UX: by starting with the “why.” I work to ensure that every team member has access to meaningful career opportunities, with a clear and measurable path to growth if that’s what they are seeking. I implement quarterly assessments to provide regular, actionable feedback, ensuring that progress is visible throughout the year and not only during the annual review cycle..

I bring a systems-oriented, impact-driven approach to design strategy. I am comfortable challenging assumptions and surfacing uncomfortable truths when needed. My responsibility is to set focused, achievable goals that give teams clarity and the freedom to operate independently.
In fast-paced environments like startups, it is easy to prioritize speed over direction. I help define KPIs, ground product decisions in user insights, and maintain momentum while ensuring that design delivers measurable value to the business.
